If you're interested in investing, we send you a custom promissory note draft that includes:

Annual return (interest rate)
Payment schedule and dates

This document outlines everything up front so you can review before committing.
📝 3. Legal Docs + Funding
Once you agree to the terms, we meet in person at a bank to:
Sign the notarized promissory note
Receive the funds via certified check or wire
This ensures full transparency and a secure process.
📰 4. Project Updates (Hands-Off)
Your investment is 100% passive — you don’t lift a finger.
We post updates on our company Facebook page, typically every 2 weeks or so, showing:

You receive your interest payments quarterly (or at maturity, depending on the deal structure). We typically pay via ACH or check.
