Because we donβt operate on a per-deal basis, there's no pressure or deadlines. Once you review our overview and decide you're ready to move forward:
We confirm your available investment amount and timing
Youβll get a clear understanding of our ongoing pipeline and typical deal structures
We are always buying and your funds are used as part of our larger strategy to acquire, improve, and either flip or hold real estate across WV, MD & PA.
