We upgrade the property โ new kitchens, bathrooms, floors, systems, and more โ adding significant value and appeal to renters or buyers.

Once the rehab is complete, we place quality tenants through a professional screening process and property management system.
R โ Refinance
After a few months of strong rental performance, we refinance the property based on the **new, higher appraised value**, pulling most (or all) of our capital back out.
R โ Repeat
With funds back in hand, we move on to the next deal โ growing our portfolio and your returns without starting from scratch each time.
